Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Scaffolding Operatives to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. The successful candidates will be responsible for the construction and assembly of scaffolding frameworks in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and assemble scaffolding structures based on provided blueprints and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
  • Efficiently erect and dismantle scaffolding systems while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Scaffolding Supervisor to assess the necessary type and height of scaffolding for various projects.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of various scaffolding systems and their appropriate applications.
  • Read and interpret construction plans, diagrams, and blueprints accurately.
  • Exhibit physical endurance to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in diverse weather conditions.
  • Possess a full UK driving license; preference will be given to candidates with a Category C license.
