Position Overview:
- As a pivotal member of our service desk, you will operate as a hybrid 1st/2nd Line Engineer, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Collaborating with team members at various levels to identify the most effective solutions for client issues.
- Managing incoming support tickets and prioritizing urgent matters efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is essential.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routers, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in Office 365, including Intune, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Draytek routers is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to cloud services like Azure or AWS is a plus.
