We are a leading construction firm specializing in industrial projects, dedicated to delivering high-quality results and innovative solutions.

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Basingstoke (3 days a week) and Daventry (2 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying process for industrial projects.
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with JCT contracts and other relevant regulations.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Basingstoke 3 days a week and in the Daventry office 2 days a week.
  • Must reside within a 1-hour to 1-hour 10-minute drive from Daventry.
