Position Overview

Proactive Placements is pleased to collaborate with a prominent legal practice recognized as one of the UK's foremost firms specializing in property and housing law. This esteemed organization prioritizes its reputation for delivering straightforward, practical legal counsel to its clientele. They are currently seeking to appoint a Property Law Specialist to join their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

Safeguarding the interests of clients, mortgage lenders, and the firm effectively.

Utilizing various IT systems and case management tools proficiently.

Managing a designated caseload of clients, providing relevant guidance and support in line with professional standards, including SRA and CQS requirements.

Overseeing the performance of your team, including legal assistants, to meet essential objectives such as client satisfaction and completion rates.

Advancing cases efficiently and promptly, adhering to professional standards and internal protocols.

Processing correspondence in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.

Following appropriate systems and procedures to manage cases in compliance with legal standards and firm policies.

Ensuring timely responses to telephone inquiries.

Addressing any grievances in accordance with the firm's complaint resolution procedures, keeping the relevant partners informed.

Conducting regular file assessments to ensure compliance and quality.

Meeting monthly financial and completion benchmarks.

Facilitating prompt billing and ensuring the collection of outstanding payments.

Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and commercial contacts.

Participating in mandatory training sessions, including CPD and CQS training, relevant to the effective execution of your responsibilities.

Identifying opportunities to promote the firm's services where appropriate.
