Key Responsibilities- Effective Cash Flow Management: Proactively manage and monitor our company's cash flow, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize cash collection.
- Debt Recovery and Collection: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure timely payments, and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve any disputes or issues.
- Credit Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough credit risk assessments to identify potential risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to senior management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve our company's credit management processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
