Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Surveyor to join our team at Clearfield Recruitment Limited. As a Building Services Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing cost planning, tendering, and contract administration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost planning and tendering for construction projects
  • Contract administration and negotiation with contractors
  • Undertaking valuations and producing cost reports
  • Attending project meetings and site visits

Requirements:

  • RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with minimum 2 years post-chartered experience
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and measurement software
  • Strong numeracy, measurement, and cost planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to manage own time and lead projects

Desirable Skills:

  • Employers Agent / Contract Administration experience
  • Demonstrable experience of working in various sectors, including leisure, commercial, and education
  • Experience of NEC Option A form of contract
