Position Overview:

As a Culinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in crafting and delivering exceptional dining experiences that brighten the days of our clients and customers. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold high standards of food quality while managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare appetizing, high-quality dishes that satisfy our clients and customers.
  • Follow established recipes to develop innovative menu offerings.
  • Assist the Kitchen Lead in executing menu modifications.
  • Oversee kitchen sanitation duties to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant culinary experience.
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Culinary certification.
  • Experience in a similar culinary environment.
  • Food Hygiene Certification.
