We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Analyst to join our Credit Cards Engagement and Retention team within Consumer Lending. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering insight and analytics to help drive business performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop close working relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver product treatment strategies.
- Extract and analyse data from various sources using SAS/SQL.
- Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior managers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a reporting suite on AI-led retention tools.
- Communicate complex insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong numerical background and experience with data mining software.
- Competency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Practical experience in test and learn design, targeting, and tracking of performance.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in communicating complex ideas and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and organise a diverse workload effectively.
- Competence in SAS/SQL, with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
- Degree-level qualification in a numerical subject.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based data services, such as Google Cloud Platform.
