Senior Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our team at 23.5 Degrees. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure that standards are met consistently.
- Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and efficient experience.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed to meet the requirements of the business.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and financial management principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
