Job Description:

**Academic Mentor / GCSE & A-Level Tutor**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Academic Mentor to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As an Academic Mentor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to our Key Stage 4 and 5 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group tuition to students in GCSE and A-Level subjects
  • Develop and implement effective learning plans to support student progress
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of academic programs and activities
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless student support
  • Monitor and report on student progress and attainment

Requirements:

  • 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a top University
  • Strong subject knowledge in Science (Chemistry), Maths, English, or Geography
  • Ability to break down complex concepts and simplify them for students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with students in a educational setting

What We Offer:

  • Competitive daily rate of £85-£100
  • Full-time, long-term contract until July 2025
