Position Overview
This role involves engaging in various manual handling tasks throughout the shift, facilitating multiple material flow operations to support our internal customer services. Comprehensive training will be provided for each specific process.
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 07:00 to 14:00.

Key Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- A hands-on approach with prior experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Capability to adhere to time-sensitive Standard Work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain focus and resolve issues to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to task rotation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Valid Counterbalance Truck certification from an accredited organization and recent operational experience.
- Possession of a full driving license.
Responsibilities
Key Duties Include:
- Ensuring safety and compliance with all site health and safety regulations.
- Executing various material flow processes to meet the production team's requirements, including:
- Delivering cardboard to designated areas.
- Properly disposing of production waste.
- Transporting materials and goods from delivery points to usage locations.
- Utilizing different conveyance methods in both light and heavy goods environments.
- Operating cardboard cutting machinery and managing replenishment processes.
- Following electronic workflows to facilitate material flow, including barcode scanning and MRP systems.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage is £12.65, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes pension contributions, healthcare, 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
