Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Front of House team, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Head of Catering in managing the catering department, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Provide support to the chefs in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
