About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our Accident and Health team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for underwriting PMI & IPMI business in line with our guidelines and business strategy.

Key responsibilities include promoting the company to brokers, creating business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with trusted broker partners. You will also be responsible for expanding the branch's capabilities in writing profitable PMI & IPMI business, developing and maintaining pricing tools, and monitoring portfolio balance.

As a Senior Underwriter, you will work closely with our legal, compliance, and claims teams to support product lines and promote our brand externally to brokers and clients. You will also build a trusted network of brokers for business opportunities and contribute to the development of technical pricing tools.

Requirements
  • Proven market leader in PMI & IPMI business with a deep understanding of the sector.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of technical pricing tools.
  • Strong connections within the PMI & IPMI market.
  • Experience in managing portfolios and risk selection.
  • Strong team player with leadership skills.
