Overview:


An Accounts Receivable Specialist is sought to become a vital member of a compact Finance team, taking an active role in overseeing the organization’s receivables and outstanding debts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the organization’s debtor accounts, ensuring timely collection of debts from clients in accordance with established terms.
  • Provide insights regarding credit, rebates, and resolution of claims.
  • Collect credit and/or reference data, and prepare notifications and reminders.
  • Regularly review and adjust credit limits and terms as necessary.
  • Reconcile payments and accounts with clients to ensure accuracy.
  • Escalate accounts that deviate from agreed credit terms to both commercial and management teams.
  • Process incoming payments in line with internal protocols.
  • Monitor and categorize incoming payments and journal entries.
  • Collect and maintain all pertinent documentation related to payments and invoices to ensure a traceable record.
