Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of service technicians focused on industrial air filtration systems, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service planning to coordinate the schedules and workloads of Field Service Technicians.
- Address client and site-related challenges through various communication channels to comprehend the needs of both customers and service personnel, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Contribute to the strategy for recurring revenue by proposing innovative, customer-focused service solutions that enhance loyalty and retention.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development for the service team, emphasizing expertise in Industrial Air Filtration systems.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in roles such as Service Manager, Operations Manager, Field Service Manager, or similar within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience managing Field Service Technicians and/or overseeing service operations in an engineering context.
- A comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and service operations to effectively lead the service department.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in IT systems and tools, including Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM software, and service management platforms.
