This exciting opportunity is part of our Business & Industry division, catering for those within the workplace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a culture of excellent customer experience within your community. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring legal and company compliance within your strategic area of responsibility, creating a platform for financial growth, exceeding financial targets, and building and maintaining external relationships with senior clients to deliver a value-added service proposition. You will also oversee the recruitment, support, training, and development of operations teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality, financially beneficial value proposition to the company and senior clients. This field-based role requires extensive travel to sites throughout Scotland and the North of England, with a company car provided. If you have a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining client relationships, experience in contract catering, and a competitive salary, 15% performance-related bonus, and a company car/allowance, we encourage you to apply.
