About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our client's team in Oxfordshire. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of existing and new clients/projects, delivering, developing, and generating new business. This is a construction role, so you must have physical capital project experience to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement project and programme delivery strategies, budgets, and plans
  • Monitor and report programme and project progress, including risks and issues affecting project completion
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, attend chair meetings, and lead these meetings
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a consultancy company, preferably in the construction sector
  • Relevant university degree and professional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in project delivery, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
