Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee various IT projects within our organization in the UK. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, some understanding of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or similar ERP systems, and demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, business analysts, and third-party vendors, to drive project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the businesses, maintaining regular communication, providing project updates, and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
  • Project Review and Improvement: Conduct thorough project reviews, assessments, and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, updates, and emerging technologies in IT, leveraging insights to optimize project methodologies and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, with some experience on Dynamics 365 implementations and digital transformation projects, perhaps at a junior level.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Project Management Certification: Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
