About the Role

As a Pharmacist with our Practice Plus Group Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective supply and administration of medication to patients. You will work closely with our healthcare team to provide coordinated medicine information and support to patients throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to best evidence and practice in prescribing and administering medication
