Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with complex medical needs, including those requiring emergency treatment and ongoing medical care.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical staff.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to provide education and support, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing authority.
  • 6 months recent experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving to complex patient care situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
