AV Project Manager - High End Residential Installations

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our team at Creative Personnel. As an AV Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously, with a focus on bespoke installations and MDUs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential AudioVisual Project Management, with a strong understanding of Crestron DM NVX, Lutron Integration, Dali, and Cad/Autocad design. You will also have experience in managing AV Residential projects that can run into the millions, with a focus on delivering on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously
  • Designing and implementing bespoke AV systems, including Crestron DM NVX, Lutron Integration, and Dali
  • Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other trades on site
  • Managing project timescales and budgets
  • Delivering high-quality results on time and on budget

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AV Project Manager who can demonstrate a thorough understanding of schematics and wiring diagrams. If you have industry qualifications from Cedia or Crestron, please make sure to highlight this in your application.
