What We're Looking For:

  • Degree qualified and/or holder of relevant professional qualification
  • Proven experience leading software development teams
  • Demonstrable experience coaching and mentoring across the entire development team skillset
  • Proven skillset in successful delivery of customer-facing software applications
  • Facilitation of iterative and incremental software development in Lean and Agile environments
  • Strong communication skills in both technical and business domains
  • Proven experience delivering software products using techniques including, but not limited to, Scrum and Kanban
  • Practical experience of structured prioritisation techniques such as MOSCOW, Cost of Delay etc
  • Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders, including third party suppliers
