About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Analytics department at Michael Page Technology. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Ensure all existing data sources are up-to-date, robust, and relevant, including various internal dashboards.
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis using a variety of data sources to identify root causes, trends, customer behavior, competitor analysis, and common themes.
    • Analyze revenue and cost lines to ensure optimal budgeting and diligent expenditure forecasting.
    • Share insights and learnings in a timely, professional manner with key stakeholders to identify priorities and targeted countermeasures.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Act as the voice of the Analytics department for all KPI data, regularly reviewing and updating internal and external communications.
    • Work closely with the Data and Insight teams to optimize data usage, measure the impact of initiatives, and validate the commercial impact of programs.
    • Provide data reporting to management to support project work and meetings.
  • Requirements
    • Strong numerical skills with experience in formal project management.
    • Experience in data analysis, business insight, and making recommendations based on trends.
    • Advanced proficiency in Power BI or equivalent business insight tools (e.g., Tableau).
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
