Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils across Secondary School age groups with challenging behaviour and SEND on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Manage challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive, and consistent manner.
  • Build positive relationships with Class Teachers to plan and deliver learning activities tailored to the needs of all pupils.
  • Support pupils with their learning on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups through the planning and delivery of intervention lessons.
