About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Centrality. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial relationship with customers and driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to discuss small chargeable changes and collaboratively work with technical teams to formulate statements of work.
  • Provide commercial proposals and secure new or incremental business.
  • Attend account reviews and proactively uncover and close new opportunities within your customer base.
  • Meet and exceed all sales targets and KPIs set by line manager for new business and retention.
  • Uncover opportunities and create win strategies within the allocated base of customers.
  • Complete utilisation of CRM for all customer engagement and updates, including forecasting and pipeline management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year + in a B2B selling environment.
  • Experience in IT, Telecoms, Managed services, or Cloud solution sales is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting targets for at least a period of 6 months.
  • Strong communication skills and a high ability to present findings in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Self-starter with excellent facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
  • Experience in using and completing CRM systems.
  • Sales process and/or training experience.
