Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team in Otley. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories, and supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, including coaching and developing the team to achieve sales targets and customer service goals.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to complement a customer's needs.
  • Be self-aware, able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the management team.
  • Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example and embodying our company values.

Requirements

  • Good availability, including weekends and weekdays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
