With a robust financial standing and an annual turnover of £20 million, the majority of their projects focus on refurbishment, covering various sectors including Retail, Commercial, Industrial, and Healthcare.

Projects typically range from £50k to £5 million, primarily involving refurbishment with a limited number of new construction initiatives.

As a seasoned Cost Analyst/Survey Specialist, you will operate from a contemporary office and possess a solid grasp of both cost estimation and surveying, including cost planning and bill of quantities.

The role is divided into approximately 60% cost estimation and 40% surveying responsibilities.
