Job Title: Property Sales Progressor/Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Progression Team as a Property Sales Progressor/Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the sales progression process from reservation through to exchange and completion of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Progression: Assist with the sales progression process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of contracts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to all departments within the business, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Accounts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents, and solicitors.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Excel, and experience with CRM systems.
  • Confidentiality: Able to handle confidential data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Preferred Experience:
  • Sales Progression Experience: Previous experience in sales progression within the property industry.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM packages and experience in using them to manage sales data.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £30k basic + commission structure (OTE £35k+, uncapped).
  • Location: Ascot, Berkshire.
  • Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
  • Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays.
