Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Field Service Engineer to join our team at nGenium. This role involves delivering comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Diagnostic Imaging (DI) equipment across various multi-vendor systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventative maintenance in line with scheduled plans to ensure the reliability of our systems.
  • Provide remote support and on-site visits to assist customers with any issues that arise, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to minimize risk.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, offering consistent updates on service activities and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Work closely with our customer service and management teams to maintain high standards of service quality and ensure all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Participate in training to continuously enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with national and local regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • HNC/D in Electronics or a related field (Required).
  • Degree (Hons) in Electronics or a related field (Preferred).
  • Formal technical training from a relevant manufacturer (Preferred).
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and basic networking.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems under pressure, minimizing risk.
