We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Jenningsbet. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional gaming experience for our customers, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers to create a welcoming and inclusive shop atmosphere
- Promote company-wide campaigns and initiatives to our customers
- Process bets, settle transactions, and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to improve our services
- Ensure a safe working environment and deputize for the Branch Manager as needed
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate cash handling
- Excellent personal presentation and time management skills are required
