Housing Management Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Management Coordinator to support our customers in achieving their goals and living in safe and well-maintained homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tenancy Support: Ensure customers' homes are safe and well-maintained, and provide assistance with tenancy management and rent accounts.
  • Manage Vacant Properties: Turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales to maximize occupancy.
  • Support Customers: Engage and involve customers in their tenancies, resolve tenancy issues, and provide support to help them move on to secure, long-term accommodation.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties.
  • Knowledge: Re-letting properties, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use technology to create and update support plans, make benefit claims, and do tenancy sign-ups.
