Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiting Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
    • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that guest needs are met.
