About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at our Wigan site. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the HR team, including data collation, chart/graph construction, and mail merge experience.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the Senior HRBP in the administration of employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and grievances.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of providing administrative support within a busy office environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
