We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Accounts Assistant to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in payroll processing, accounts management, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for monthly staff members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform payroll calculations, including SSP, SMP, and Pension
  • Manage new starters and leavers, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Provide support for Purchase Ledger processing and Petty Cash management
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and accounts management
  • Strong understanding of SSP, SMP, and Pension calculations
  • Ability to commit to a 3-month role with potential for permanent opportunity
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
