HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at The Huntsman Group. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the site HR strategy, including employee engagement, employee relations, and change management projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver effective day-to-day support in all areas of the employee lifecycle, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence and performance management, and consultations.
- Work closely with the HR Manager and key stakeholders to provide HR expertise and support in all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Support the ongoing development of the HR function within a production-driven environment.
- Participate in site/group strategic projects and contribute to major change projects across the site.
- CIPD qualified (preferred)
- Passionate about delivering a proactive, operationally focused, and value-added HR service to the business
- Discreet, diplomatic, and able to treat information within the department as highly confidential
- Meticulous attention to detail, including proofing and editing
- Sound understanding of integrity and compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively with multinationals at all levels
- Ability to multitask and work under own initiative to deliver to deadlines
- Resilience when faced with ambiguity and changing priorities, while maintaining a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to manage own workload effectively
- Relationship builder with influencing skills
- Strong IT skills in HRIS and Office packages (particularly Word, SharePoint, and Excel)
