About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our Project & Offshore Operations (P&OO) Finance team on a full-time, staff basis. The successful candidate will be based out of our Westhill, Aberdeenshire office and will report directly to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information, including forecasts and budgets, for designated equipment.
  • Support Equipment Managers with daily financial tasks.
  • Prepare detailed monthly management accounts for assigned equipment.
  • Conduct monthly analytical reviews, including variance analysis and identification of areas of concern.
  • Upload and review forecast results, and identify sensitivities to the Finance Manager.
  • Prepare Annual Budgets and input to 5-Year Plan.
  • Perform cash flow analysis for assigned equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Group annual fixed asset verification.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft products.
  • Exposure to Business Finance Capital (BFC) is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in report writing.
  • Good planning and organizing skills, with the ability to meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
