We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team at Studley Castle, a stunning Victorian castle in the heart of Shakespeare's England. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional guest and team experiences.

With a passion for creating a guest-focused environment, you will work closely with our Heads of Department to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences throughout the hotel. You will also be responsible for maximising revenue streams and building a strong connection with key stakeholders to drive a culture of accountability throughout the hotel.

As a General Manager at Warner Leisure Hotels, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service and team development. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional guest and team experiences
  • Maximising revenue streams and building a strong connection with key stakeholders

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Great leadership skills with the ability to inspire others
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a passion for team and guests
  • An ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or leisure industries in senior level management
