We are collaborating with one of the UK's largest supermarket chains to find a Pharmacy Manager to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the RoleAs a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, providing support to the pharmacy team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
- Lead and develop the pharmacy team, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives and targets
- 30 days holiday (pro rata per year), increasing with service
