About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Edenbridge, Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support individuals to engage in various activities, such as leisure, home, or work-related activities, in accordance with their personal choices.
  • Assist with household tasks and personal care, as well as supporting individuals with healthcare needs, such as administering medication.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals.

Requirements
