About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Executive to join our team at Bright Horizons UK. As a Content Executive, you will play a key role in creating engaging content for our external communications channels, working closely with our Content Manager to develop and implement a content strategy that resonates with our diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create high-quality content for various audiences, including B2C, B2B, and internal stakeholders, to support the implementation of our content strategy.
  • Schedule, write, and update content for newsletters, resource packs, blogs, client spotlights, early years' programs, nursery openings, benefit changes, new service lines, nursery parent events, client engagement sessions, client liaison promotions, and system emails.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with the latest company practice and thought leadership.
  • Monitor Asana and review content produced by other departments to ensure it aligns with the Bright Horizons tone of voice.
  • Assist with content creation, editing, and proofing of research reports.
Requirements
  • Multi-media experience, including creating and editing video content.
  • Previous experience of writing for multiple audiences and tone differentiation.
  • Previous experience of creating content for different media platforms.
