Job Title: Apprenticeships Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a driven and passionate Business Development Consultant with a strong background in Apprenticeships to sell learner training solutions to levy paying Employers on a nationwide basis.

About the Role:
  • Drive revenue growth for our apprenticeships division by expanding our employer base across the UK.
  • Play a key role in helping others succeed through education and training.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build rapport and trust.
  • Meet sales targets on a regular basis and exceed targets through expanding the customer base and generating new business.
  • Anticipate, identify, and respond to customer needs.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Utilize CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads and managing pipelines.
  • Have a good understanding of Further Education and/or Training Providers and an understanding of apprenticeship funding rules.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of a consultative approach in sales within the education sector.
  • Experience of apprenticeship sales experience with Levy paying employers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience of providing Training and Development consultative advice to employers and undertaking training needs analysis.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office packages).
  • Continuing professional development.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Valid driving licence and own transport.
