Senior Associate Opportunity in TMT Practice

LAW Absolute is seeking a senior associate with upwards of 5 years' PQE in technology outsourcing to lead and support on outsourcing and technology contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience in contracts and negotiations, payment services agreements, data protection, and general regulatory knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support on outsourcing and technology contracts
  • Develop and implement technology outsourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs
  • Provide expert advice on technology and data protection
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' PQE in technology outsourcing
  • Experience in contracts and negotiations, payment services agreements, data protection, and general regulatory knowledge
  • Strong understanding of technology and data protection laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
