About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced administrator to join our Ealing team as an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator. This is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week) that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the EHCP review process for existing learners and those due to join the programme at the start of the next academic year.
  • Work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure EHCPs are of good quality, up-to-date, and completed in a timely manner in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
  • Bring in referrals to the programme and confirm that all learners accepted are suitable for the programme.
  • Ensure that learners are supported to achieve paid work outcomes by the end of the academic year.
Requirements
  • Professional conduct and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience of delivering against targets.
  • Experience of being involved in an EHCP review process.
  • Experience of working with young SEND learners.
  • A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent).
  • Good time management and planning skills.
