Job Summary:

Dovelands Primary School is seeking a qualified and experienced Before and After School Club Worker to join our team. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and school policies related to child care and education.
  • Participate in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of activities that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children, including the supervision of children during activities and the administration of medication as required.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
