We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Thorn Baker Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cleaning contracts across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Oversee the performance of cleaning contracts to ensure delivery of high-quality services and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery, retention, and growth of contracts.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of cleaning operatives, including recruitment, training, performance management, and staff retention.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Arrange for the maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Business Development: Participate in pre-sale activities, including attending client site meetings and managing the transition of contracts.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the business.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing multiple cleaning sites and contracts.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead a team of cleaning operatives.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and staff.
- Driving: Full UK driving license.
