The Role

We are seeking a qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment that promotes the development of young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the unique needs of each child are met
  • Observe and assess children's progress, setting individualized goals and celebrating achievements
  • Work closely with parents to ensure seamless communication and a shared understanding of each child's needs

Requirements

  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum

  • Experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting
