About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Valuer to join our team at Crux Careers. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, conducting valuations and listings, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough valuations and listings of properties to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local property owners and investors to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and agree offers on property sales to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, both over the phone and in person
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve personal and branch targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, property valuation, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Results-oriented and driven to succeed, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Full valid UK driving license and own vehicle
