About the Role

The Russell Taylor Group Ltd is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team. The successful candidate will have experience delivering new build projects of this type.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and develop commercial processes and procedures to maximize returns in terms of profit.
  2. Final Accounts management including variations, claims, and disputes.
  3. Financial forecasting for use in setting targets and managing the business.
  4. Monitoring resources and costs to ensure that the projects meet agreed targets.

Requirements

  1. You will have experience of working within the Construction industry for a Housing contractor, ideally on new build housing schemes.
  2. You will have sound knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of Contract.
