Key Responsibilities:- Financial Oversight: Supervise project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial outcomes align with organizational objectives.
- Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and oversee contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Risk Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the commercial team, promoting a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.

- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
