HVAC Contracts Manager Job Description

Our client, a reputable and well-established company, is seeking an experienced HVAC Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the successful execution of large-scale HVAC projects within the leisure sector.

As an HVAC Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing labour allocation, subcontractor coordination, progress, and quality to industry standards.
  • Coordinating and booking in deliveries to site.
  • Preparing and evaluating tender packages for large-scale HVAC projects.
  • Working closely with the in-house procurement manager to ensure seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Ductwork, Air Conditioning, Air Handling units, and Plumbing, as well as previous experience in Contracts, Commercial, or Project Management roles. You will be office and site based, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 to £75,000pa, plus a company car, phone, annual discretionary bonus, life assurance, private medical insurance, and company pension.
